Job Summary:
The Executive Administrative Assistant is primarily responsible for performing a variety of support functions including administrative activities, supply ordering, scheduling appointments and travel, answering incoming calls, mail distribution, and providing meeting/training support. This role supports multiple areas of the bank.
Job Responsibilities:
·        Provide Administrative support to executives/management as needed, provide general office support with a variety of clerical activities and related tasks.
·        Assist with travel arrangements for select employees.
·        Order office supplies and food for meetings, as well as training events.
·        Answer and refer incoming calls to appropriate person or department
·        Stamp, sort, and distribute incoming mail.
·        Assist in planning of company meetings and events
·        Perform Analytic Query work, as well as compile reports based on data.
·        Performs other duties as assigned.
Job Qualifications:
·        Associates Degree preferred, not required
·        Two years relevant experience desired
·        Must be able to communicate and interact with individuals at all levels of the organization
·        Professional demeanor and strong organizational skills
